About Speaker

Sara Eriksson is working as Strategy Lead for circular business development at the global sustainability department, H&M Group. Her experience from trend forecasting (Peclers Paris) and from running a vintage website 10 yrs ago took her via the design department at H&M Home and the role as Fashion Director at Afound – to the groups sustainability team for steering & development. With focus on changing customer behavior and the goal to decouple future growth from the use of virgin resources her main scope is customer-facing circular business models, such as recommerce, rental and care, and repair services. Combining strategy on group level, connecting the dots between internal & external stakeholders and support of pilots & test she is promoting a mindset shift where we aim to design an attractive customer offer – not always including new products.
